There are 15 different Drip Email campaigns automatically created within Online Office to target each of the four types of prospects that you aquire through lead generation (buyers, sellers, CMAs, and buyer/seller combos). Activate all of your Drip campaigns or select only a few, the decision is yours. As well, your prospects can subscribe to more than one Drip Email campaign at a time.

AUTOMATIC TRIGGERS:

Event triggers are used to categorize and then subscribe visitors to the appropriate email campaigns:

  Buyer Campaign
Prospects are added to this drip when they download buyer reports, register for IDX, email a listing, email an agent from a listing, or download an attachment.
  Informed Buyer Campaign
Prospects are added to this drip when they fill out a New Listing Notifier.
  Seller Campaign
Prospects are added to this drip when they fill out a Home Evaluation form, or download a seller report.
  Mortgage Calculator Campaign
Prospects are added to this drip when they use the Mortgage Calculator and email the results to themselves.

Once a customer gets your drip email campaign and clicks on your website you will get an email telling you of their activity.
