When a prospect does something special on your website (fills out a mortgage calculator, home evaluation, views details on a specific listing, etc) you get a notification via email as well as text message so you know to make contact with that prospect.

You receive instant email notification of prospect activity on your website.

You are also sent the contact information and comments as entered by your prospect, as well as a link to view their full prospect profile.

Don’t lose track of buyers and sellers that are ready to take action. Using your Hot List, you may configure various website activities that will identify your hot buyers and sellers from those that are still browsing. If any web visitors match the designated ‘Hot List’ criteria (eg. fill out a home search, request a report, etc.), they are immediately flagged as a ‘Hot’ prospect and are featured on a separate list for easy identification.
